It’s a wonderful and very supportive way to get moving - after an injury, postpartum or to address a specific issue. A lot of studio clients like having an apparatus class once a month to complement their mat practice.

Aerial Pilates or Yoga makes use of hammocks suspended from the ceiling. It’s an incredibly versatile practice making use of suspension and it’s instability, feedback of the material and the playfulness of swinging! We run advanced and introductory classes - perfect if You haven’t had previous experience, and courses of 3 to 5 weeks to progress Your aerial skills.
