Service Description
Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing (TMW) is a unique class inspired by Tai Chi and Qi Gong, designed to make movement more accessible and enjoyable. Our sessions focus on gentle, flowing movements that can be performed either standing or seated, ensuring everyone can benefit regardless of fitness level. Join us to enhance your flexibility, strength, and mindfulness in a supportive environment. Please note there are stairs at the venue and we require advance notice if you require to be seated during the session so I can arrange enough chairs.
