  • Created for certified yoga teachers, this training is also open to eager practitioners ready to challenge themselves on the journey to spinal well-being.

    Certification: Upon completion, attendees will receive the S&F Yoga "Spinal &, Mobility Flow" Certificate (15h), symbolising their commitment to mastering the intricacies of spinal vitality.

Introduction to Yin Yoga

This 6 week course is designed to introduce you to the beauty of stillness

Starting on the 21st of January 12pm - 1pm, £45

On a physical level, Yin Yoga focuses on the deep fascia, ligaments and bones. 

It is a passive type of yoga that challenges the mind into surrendering and allows you to be in the moment. 

Simple postures are held for longer times to stretch and compress different parts of the body, working on the whole body meridian system, improving overall health and wellbeing.

The act of surrendering to the pose, allowing the body to feel what it needs to feel as you melt into it is very liberating and allows you to deeply relax while releasing what needs to be released.

You don't have to be flexible or have the "perfect" body to practice Yin Yoga, we are all unique and each of us is perfect just as we are. All you need is to be curious and open to experience the beauty of this simple yet powerful practice.

The aim of this 3hr yoga workshop is to bring a deeper understanding of how to harness The 5 Element Theory Philosophy from Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Diana will guide your practice to explore the Yin Yang qualities of the Wood Element to sync with the Spring Season.

They have explored their passion and expanded their knowledge in various areas of the movement. BACK TO THE BODY

Saturday 10th of September, 2pm - 4pm, £30

This is a two hour workshop where we'll explore going slower but stronger. We'll start with a dynamic warm up flow before getting into a slower Hatha style: longer holds, and some playing with balance. The last 45 minutes will be dedicated to a long Yin practice.

Please expect practising with props, no expectations and options for hands on adjustments.
